An unemployed Sudanese citizens sentenced to death after the High Court here on Friday, found him guilty of killing girlfriend's son, aged three years, two years ago.Justice Datuk Abdul Alim Abdullah said in her ruling, the defense Mohannad Ismail Taha, 26, has failed to raise a reasonable doubt, and described the evidence as not meritorious, and fatigue at all.
